I have been inspiring youth across the country for the past three decades in various formats. I have collaborated with Walmart and KNS RockStar on their 2018 School tour, "Bring' Em Joy! As President of NIA Productions, I am the Executive Director and Producer of the award-winning television and video series "Teen Talk". As a consultant for the Building Bridges program, I have provided training for Public and Private Organizations on Civil Rights, diversity, and Cross-Cultural Communications. Training has included the University of Wisconsin-Madison Athletic Department, the Madison Metropolitan School District, and the Madison Police Department.

Current programs and presentations include Life Skills instruction for the San Bernardino City Unified School District Provisional Accelerated Learning Academy (PAL) High School and Middle School. Grant-funded "Brother-To-Brother" Program at Almeria Middle School, Fontana, California, and multiple presentations throughout the Inland Empire School Districts Keith has facilitated dynamic workshops for Top Teens of America on conflict resolution and peer-to-peer mediation. He is a Church Evangelist, Civic leader, and tireless Community Advocate.

I served as the Community Relations Coordinator for Wisconsin's Madison Equal Opportunity Commission, the Dane County Minority Affairs Coordinator, The Wisconsin and San Francisco Urban Leagues, the African American Children’s Coordinator, the Multi-Cultural Teen Facilitator, the High School Coordinator for Corinthians College, and the Community Relations Specialist at Sylmar ITT Technical Institute.

I instill a message of hope and emphasize the importance of education, knowledge, and being responsible individuals in family, school, and community. He captures the imagination of his listeners with his prophetic catchphrase, "Learn, Earn, and Return!"
